We are a student group that aims to change the conversation about mental health through campus-wide events, education, and advocacy. Our goal is to remove the stigma that surrounds mental illness, and cultivate environments that allow for open conversation about mental health issues.

We believe that everyone deserves to feel mentally healthy and emotionally well, and that equal access to mental healthcare, policy level change surrounding academic expectations, and inclusive classroom experiences can help.

ABOUT ACTIVE MINDS

Active Minds is the nation's premier nonprofit organization supporting mental health awareness and education for students

Now on more than 600 campuses, we directly reach close to 600,000 students each year through campus awareness campaigns, events, advocacy, outreach, and more.

Our consistent message, amplified by more than 15,000 students each year, is that mental health needs to be talked about as easily as physical health. Only then can we bring suicide and mental health into the open so no one struggles alone.
